About
About Next Lens
Next Lens exists to give talented soccer players a clear, honest pathway to the next level. We run tryouts, training, showcases, and tours across Long Island, Brooklyn, and New Jersey — and we evaluate every player on the same consistent standard.
How we evaluate players
Every player who attends a Next Lens event is rated by our staff on a 0–6 scale covering technical ability, athleticism, game intelligence, and mentality. Ratings are recorded centrally and used to place players at the right level — never edited by players or parents.
Our regions
We currently operate in three regions: Long Island, Brooklyn, and New Jersey. Each region fields its own groups and jersey assignments, so players compete and train close to home while staying connected to the wider Next Lens network.
Our promise
Transparent evaluations, organized events, and real development opportunities. If a player earns a spot, they'll know exactly why — and what comes next.
